At Olive Ateliers, we curate unique, one-of-a-kind objects that carry the character of their history, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your piece doesn't fit your space as intended, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible home goods and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your item in its original protective materials to ensure that fragile ceramics or found objects are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping & Logistics

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item for its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
